Pros
Very casual work attire, 24 free tickets to the shows all over the world, relaxed working enviornment! Overall great set of coworkers. Managers are often flexible in employee time off.
Cons
Non Managemnt Employee pay across the board seems on the low end. Growth at times can be restrictive (2 promotions at best until capped).
