Pros
Learned tons of new things and experience of a life time. Benefits are great (when they apply) Never would've gotten to experience anything like it coming from a small town with only small scale corporate AV available.
Cons
- Salary isn't equal to the amount of work done. (Will work you to death whenever possible to save a couple bucks) - Health insurance is very selective (Had a medical emergency caused by equipment at no fault of my own and medical didn't cover it) - Favoritism can be found rampant at various shows at the benefit or detriment of everyone - Worker morale is very volatile but generally negative due to neglect from management and upper management - Quality of recruited workers are mediocre at best. Lots of severely inexperienced new hires with very questionable skill sets. - Turn over in depts can be very high - Departments can be severaly understaffed with management believing workforce is optimal (expect no days off and 4x's the work with no additional pay)
