      - Rooms & Flights Paid - Pay is decent - Meet many people if the position is touring - Explore new cities

      Cons

      - REPLACEABLE - Long work hours with not enough pay (If on Staff/management/FCP side) - Unqualified management for jobs such as people who have no experience. - Very clicky (high school & favoritism) - Take advantage of young/hungry people - Very gossipy
