This was my first job out of college and I was with the company for 5+ years. Feld will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about the business. I feel like I can take on any opportunity because of the many hats I wore as a Feld promoter. Feld is for sure a lifestyle so if you are looking for a 9-5.... look elsewhere. But if you are looking to grow personally and professionally and put in the WORK- this job is for you.
Cons
You work all the time. Again, it's a lifestyle. I loved it, but it takes a special breed of person to live the Feld life.
