Pros

Awesome guys and girls to work with. You do have your slackers that do not want to carry their weight. And makes the job more painful for the rest. Good training program for potential managers. If you are in the Bubba system.

Cons

The organization in the Houston Area is a joke. The favoritism is blatant and if your not apart of the in crowd, good luck. Management is a joke, untrustworthy and back stabbing is what come to mine. They rather go outside the company and hire friends and family for a higher position then grow it from with in. Lucky for me I was a retiree and could leave when the opportunity popped up. They treat the lower associates like dirt and pay them crap. Very high turn over. And they promise higher wages to associates and don't follow through with it. They rather hold mistakes over your head after the fact. My advise don't put you or your family into this nonsense.

Pros

Huge office space and freedom to work independently in break rooms instead of being stuck at a desk. They have many opportunities for growth but the high paying roles are salaried and are paid once a month instead of biweekly. Overall a great company with good benefits

Cons

Lower pay than normal for the work

Pros

Stable company with strong financial backing and deep pockets. Solid commission opportunities once you build a strong client base. Certain regions and business groups are willing to invest in and support business growth.

Cons

Some regions are under constant pressure to cut costs, making it increasingly difficult to service customers effectively and grow the business. Management is often absent and lacks understanding of the day-to-day realities of running such a lean operation. Overall talent quality has been declining, and the management compensation and bonus structure frequently drives irrational decision-making.
