Pros
Advancement opportunity to some degree, but expect not to get compensated for it. Their thinking is, you get the job before the pay.
Cons
Low pay, terrible upper management, too many chiefs not enough Indians, expected to do jobs outside your title and more without compensation. Salary positions get abused regularly, many good associates get stuck in jobs without the chance to grow, tenure associates are currently leaving the company.
