Pros
-OK compensation -Good tools to do your job -Culture of community -Fantastic work ethic and customer-centered values (it may be like customer service bootcamp) that are shown in action not only words.
Cons
-Can be cliquey -Long hours expected -Branch structure makes each "business unit" different - may be a surprise to those recruited out of college that where they end up is nothing like what they were described or shown. -HQ involvement sometimes made job activities more time consuming than they needed to be.
