Pros
Flexible, fast paced work flow that could be very fruitful if there were processes and procedures in place that worked.
Cons
A lot. The system is very broken. HP employees are treated much differently than Ferguson employees. There are many flaws in the operational procedures, Little to no sales support and the departments are under so much stress, it turns into a blame game any time there is an issue. No culture what so ever. Doesn’t foster growth or team mentality.
