- Terrible pay especially for those who have a college education - They try to say it is inside sales and a sales center but it is a call center and you are a customer service rep dealing with angry customers all day - Cut pay and hours but more work load - Management doesn't listen or care about employees concerns and frustration - HQ and the local branches are not in sync at all - Hostile environment - A lot of sexual and verbal harassment and management knows about it but turns their cheek - Upper management only cares about the money in their pocket - Takes forever to get vacation time because its accumulated - Have to work some holidays like New Years Eve and Christmas Eve
