Pros
No exaggeration, there aren't any. Not even the pay, or the picking itself.
Cons
-Trash management -Micromanaging -No communication -Lousy pay -Awful incentive pay(literally the worst I've ever had 3-6 cents per case) -Selectors are found at fault for literally everything -have to beg just to get water -say one thing, then either don't deliver, or do something completely different -corporate rarely comes by -the people in control are the typical imbeciles, who have never selected in their life -safety is a huge concern(they don't want us using headphones, but don't mind if we climb on our Jack's battery, to get cases from the slot above, that is over 6 feet high in some cases) I could go on, but trust me, Aberdeen has plenty of warehouses. Go to one that actually pays more, and where they actually listen.
