      Now the company is introducing employee benefits in line with the industry standard. Fairly good culture, experience can hugely depend on the team and people involved

      Cons

      Guidance form HO can sometimes be light in comparison to other similar companies. This gives freedom to the project teams but sometimes that guidance is needed

      Pros

      If you don’t like to have a life and worry about getting written up when you don’t have pto bc you only get .5 every week this job is for you

      Cons

      Their polices, paid time off, and only 5 holidays, new employees under 5 years get under an hour of pto every week, leaving employees with very little time at the end of the year if you haven’t had an emergency and used what little of time you get
