Competitive salary for position, good company ethics and nice colleagues, ability to work from home and seem to accept flexible working.

Cons

Long notice period, work location, travel allowance does not include company car benefit, compulsory to take long leave over Christmas.

If you don’t like to have a life and worry about getting written up when you don’t have pto bc you only get .5 every week this job is for you

Cons

Their polices, paid time off, and only 5 holidays, new employees under 5 years get under an hour of pto every week, leaving employees with very little time at the end of the year if you haven’t had an emergency and used what little of time you get
