Pros

The pros that used to exist have been overshadowed long ago by the current absolutely horrible work environment

Cons

This company is one of the most atrociously run startups I've ever seen. Not only is the business model predatory to the residents forced into using the "service", they do almost nothing to meet the expectations hawked by their sales team to the properties they partner with. The only thing keeping the company somewhat accountable is the constant threat of losing contracts because of hundreds of residents going out of their way to express how much they hate being forced to deal with Fetch. With the exception of the executive level positions (of course), every person that is employed or contracted by Fetch is taken advantage of. The warehouses where packages are processed are a nightmare and the employees are pushed to work against ridiculous odds in unsafe and unsupported work environments. To say the management across the board at Fetch is utterly useless and incompetent is putting it lightly. The workload for the majority of departments is absolutely unreasonable and you'll be hounded for not being available 24/7. Compensation is subpar and the benefits are a joke. Please avoid this scam of a company at all costs and if you live in an apartment that uses Fetch, run.

Simple job, sticker packages, place on shelves, give driver packages, done.

Cons

I don’t have anything bad to say

Pros

There is nothing good about Fetch.

Cons

Fetch is one of the worst DSPs I’ve worked with. The pay is low considering the workload, and drivers can get routes canceled with little notice. But if a driver cancels, they risk violations or deactivation. In my experience, Better Trucks or Amazon Flex are better options. Fetch delivers Amazon packages while paying significantly less than what Amazon Flex drivers can make. Don’t waste your time — I promise you’ll regret it.
