      Work flow is really light

      Cons

      Directors and OMs are constantly looking for answers and offer zero resolutions to help correct issues. And when you offer a solution leadership tells you it won’t work. Leadership looks at everything on paper but have zero clue to real world applications but still want paper results. Will have salary workers doing hourly work and not compensate them even though it’s against federal law.

      Pros

      There is nothing good about Fetch.

      Cons

      Fetch is one of the worst DSPs I’ve worked with. The pay is low considering the workload, and drivers can get routes canceled with little notice. But if a driver cancels, they risk violations or deactivation. In my experience, Better Trucks or Amazon Flex are better options. Fetch delivers Amazon packages while paying significantly less than what Amazon Flex drivers can make. Don’t waste your time — I promise you’ll regret it.
