Pros
It was remote and the pay was good
Cons
Where to begin? Incompetent CX directors who didn't even know how to do their own job and ultimately traded their entire team for cheap foreign labor, their utter lack of respect for the employees, lack of communication, poor business decisions that resulted in multiple layoffs...The fact that this business doesn't have any competitors is proof this is an unwanted and unnecessary business. Why put one more person between your package and yourself? They have had, for years, drivers who consistently steal packages, sometimes with the help of the facility managers, and have done nothing to fix it. They are constantly trying to "restructure" but continue to ignore the fact that the issues at the facilities need to be corrected first. They FORCE the service on residents who do not want this service. They continue to expand into new markets while their existing ones fail, and the people who pay for it are the ones they vowed to protect. Instead, they laid off their entire team of customer support agents to outsource them for at least a quarter of the cost. Their motto is "people helping people" but the only people they help are the c-suites. I guarantee the CEO is trying to make his margins look good so he can sell this "company" to someone who doesn't realize how bad off they are. Please, do NOT invest with this company. Talk to the residents who have to rely on this terrible service before investing, or the countless employees who have been repeatedly shafted by this awful company first. Ever watched Woodstock 99? Fetch is about as successful, and the leaders of both are equally delusional and take 0 accountability for their actions and the impacts their awful decisions have had on people who trusted them.
