      Great benefits, great leadership team that is eager to perform and provide service to the industry, friendly team members across all departments, remote work with great pay — what's not to love?

      Same problems you'd find in any remote work situation where there isn't enough opportunity for connection with teammates. Definitely not exclusive to this company.

      Pros

      There is nothing good about Fetch.

      Cons

      Fetch is one of the worst DSPs I’ve worked with. The pay is low considering the workload, and drivers can get routes canceled with little notice. But if a driver cancels, they risk violations or deactivation. In my experience, Better Trucks or Amazon Flex are better options. Fetch delivers Amazon packages while paying significantly less than what Amazon Flex drivers can make. Don’t waste your time — I promise you’ll regret it.
