They will literally fire you over something so mediocre and ridiculous even if you’re an exceptional employee and have amazing customer reviews. The pay for the amount of stress you go through working in customer service is BS and no one should subject themselves to this type of soul sucking job where they don’t even appreciate your hard work. Management doesn’t know how to do their job. Each manager and supervisor always gives a different answer because there is no communication and they just don’t know what is going on. You have to work so much overtime ONLY to make ends meet. Benefits are awful They don’t care about their employees(only certain ones) They only care about the customer.
