Pros

Company is on the right track for growth and opportunity. Greater transparency and clear mission promotes faster results. I feel challenged by this. I appreciate the pet friendly office, beautiful space and Kind bars available in the atrium kitchen. New employees are bringing fresh approaches to a growing business category.

Cons

Change, with new leadership can be hard at times. But, greater accountability, checking spending and open minded thinking will benefit us all long term.

Pros

Consistent communication and follow-up throughout each step of the interview and application process. I always felt informed on next steps and appreciated the responsiveness from the recruiting team.

Cons

Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The only minor issue that occurred was a time zone miscommunication during scheduling, but I believe that was simply an understandable error on both sides.
