Pros
I wanted to work for Petplan because of the growth opportunities I felt that it would afford me. I can gladly say that since I started working here, the ability to expand my professional knowledge and skill set has been immense. The culture at Petplan is like nowhere else I've experienced, in a positive way. It is definitely one-of-a-kind; the CEOs are so generous (I feel like there are always treats in the kitchen, in addition to the myriad of celebrations and other gifts, including the ever-flowing candy jars), and everyone gets along really well. I have a great working relationship with my supervisor. The work-life balance here is awesome: I am not overworked, the PTO program is generous and I have never had any issues taking time off. I think my favorite part of working here is that there are cats and dogs in the office regularly :) I enjoy what I do here, and would recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
I think there are some minor, natural "growing" pains that come with the company expanding so quickly - but I also feel that these are recognized and are being addressed. Overall, I have no complaints. I can confidently say that this is the best place I have worked for thus far.
