You definitely have the opportunity to make what they say you can. The management team for the shelter channel is very knowledgeable also. They know how to treat their employees. They have thought of pretty much every scenario you can encounter and has everything organized to make your day flow smoothly. Even though I am the only agent in my shelter, I am never alone because I can connect with any other agent immediately with questions or just to read a funny story for a laugh on a tough day.
