Pros
Collaborative work culture: great collaboration across the insurance, tech, partnership, marketing and creative teams. Teams work together to constantly develop new ways to market and communicate to Fetch customers. Great office space: Free lunches, snacks, happy hours, and dogs often running around! Innovative work: love that the company I work for supports Project Street Vet, helping to keep the homeless and their pets together. Supportive management: Working for a smaller company allows me to get regular exposure to our CEO - hearing first hand the company goals, quarterly priorities, performance updates and important changes. Work-life balance: Fetch has a great remote policy of two days in the office- gives me the flexibility to perform my job but also manage my life.
Cons
While I love remote working, it sometimes makes it hard for coordinating my tasks with others on the team. But we all love our flexibility, so we work together to figure it out!
