Pros

It feels absolutely incredible to be part of an organization that collaborates across every department. Our CEO Ari Daie leads by example and communicates across the entire company on product status, upcoming projects, partnerships, and more on a frequent basis. I have never before been part of a company that hosts regular cross-department meetings for employees to understand what is happening within the organization, and there's always time allotted for individuals to ask questions and share feedback. It truly is a culture of understanding and inclusiveness. FEVO has built a community based around social commerce, for all different types of brands, but honestly, the most important community that I have seen built in my time at FEVO is the internal community.

Cons

There are a lot of amazing opportunities at FEVO, sometimes there is simply not enough time in the day to accomplish all the goals we set for ourselves. We move fast, but we move smart.

Pros

I really value the trust that leadership places in its employees. From my experience at FEVO—especially recently—it’s clear that hard work is recognized and that the company is committed to retaining those who go above and beyond. I also love being part of a company that is growing so quickly; it’s rewarding to feel like you truly have a say in our future.

Cons

In my opinion, the two primary challenges at FEVO are maintaining a healthy work-life balance and the inherent uncertainty of a startup’s five-year trajectory. While that uncertainty is common in the startup world—especially for those of us coming from more traditional sports team roles—it can still be a source of apprehension. Regarding work-life balance, while it's largely driven by the demands of the sports and entertainment industry rather than FEVO itself, the difficulty in truly disconnecting remains one of the toughest aspects of the role.
