The workers are underappreciated - Barista Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters Employee Review

Corporate was not "in" it with the workers and very much had their own agenda that had nothing to do with the conditions the baristas were working in. The company focused on the corporate culture rather than focus on the actual baristas and environment inside the cafe's. I understand business is important, but you need happy workers in order to continue running one.
