Backstabbing, Lying, and Unprofessional - Barista Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters Employee Review

Based on the anonymity of this review, I am not able to respond as well as I would prefer to; however, I don't recall the unfair termination of any staff member. At Fiddleheads, we require at least "two level approval" for any termination, promotional, or review. This protects employees from unfair treatment (as mentioned above).
