Hello,
Thanks for taking the time to fill out a review. We always appreciate feedback; however, I would like to clarify a couple key scenarios that you have referenced, for both your sake and other's reading this.
During our sit-down after your manager was let go, I, our VP, and another manager, sat with you and listened to your concerns- particularly about the "ghost scheduling" that you are referring to. If I remember correctly, our VP (and myself) agreed with you, and we saw that in "ghost scheduling" people, we were causing unnecessary stress on our employees. We heard your feedback, thanked you, and decided to move forward with it, all during our conversation with you.
We do appreciate that you gave ample notice, as our talent manager expressed in her message to you. When we no longer had hours for you (we needed to hire new baristas to replace the hours you were previously working) our talent manager sent you a curtesy message letting you know that we did not need you on the next schedule, and you responded that you were quitting immediately, and that you had worked your last day. You were given the option to work an additional week with us and you decided not to.
If you need additional clarity please feel free to reach out to me directly.
