Pros
I've been with Fiddleheads for several years and have had a positive experience! There are lots of opportunities for growth within the company, and solid benefits for both part-time and full-time employees. My coworkers are great, and my supervisors have consistently been supportive and involved.
Cons
In the past, communication between cafes and the corporate office staff has been lacking. However, there have been considerable improvements recently! When there is confusion, there are plenty of people and resources available to address questions/concerns in a timely manner.
