Pros
Management supports growth, encourages and helps movement within Fidelity if employee is unhappy with current position. Good benefits such as health care for you and dependents, matching pension payments up to certain percentage. Overall moving in the right direction technology wise, still a lot of old systems and processes but these are slowly being weeded out and migrated over to newer systems/cloud. Some of the most intelligent people I've met. Very customer focused.
Cons
Some older systems and processes. As with a lot of larger organizations, who you know can sometimes be more important that what you know.
