Pros
Coworkers were great—supportive, helpful, and honestly the only thing keeping this place running. Staying busy all day made it seem like time was going by fast. Sometimes lunch would be provided. Despite the posting, no degree required. There’s a lot of clicking around in folders to find the images that the automation lost.
Cons
The “analyst” title is misleading. It’s mostly babysitting broken processes and chasing miscommunications. Real analysis is maybe 20% of the job. No structure whatsoever. Processes, priorities, and projects change constantly, usually without explanation. You’ll waste more time untangling messes than doing actual work. Management thrives on chaos. Everything is treated like a fire drill, which keeps everyone stressed and nothing truly fixed. Meetings on top of meetings, often just repeating what’s already in a ticket. Pure time-wasting for the sake of making people feel like they’re important. Endless runaround between teams. You’ll ask one person, get bounced to three more, and end up back where you started. Micromanagement is the norm. If constantly being second-guessed motivates you, you’ll love it here. The Imaging department at Property Insight was not respected. Even the manager would throw us under the bus while praising other teams.
