Cons
- ALL IT IS CONTRACT TO HIRE, so if the economy goes to crap and they have a hiring freeze, they will dangle that carrot over your face and then promise you that once everything gets better you’ll get better, only to have the rug pulled out from under you. The staffing companies get the raw end as well.
- People mysteriously vanish. One day they are working with you and the next they you say this person has “departed ergo got fired” the company
- Turnover is rampant in this company and you will be micromanaged. There is a complete lack of transparency from leadership here and they do not care about you.
- All of my colleagues who hired me and coached me left 4 months after I started
- Overnight production changes are brutal and you will be worked into the ground
