Will work 16-18 hour days sometimes. The leads don't care about your well being. they have policies and procedures in place for safety, but the safety leads don't even follow them or care about your well being. Always on the road in remote areas. it Is very hard to have a life outside of work. They also will promise you that you will advance fast, but that is not the case.
