Pros
All the benefits if you can get hired on directly with the company.
Cons
If your not related to someone, not a butt kisser, or not sleeping with a higher employee you will not be able to move up. They have their favorites. I have a great educational background, leadership skills , and a fast worker and would never be given the chance to show my skillset. If you have worked there in the past and try to go back they make their non favorites go through a Temp. Agency which pays lower and offers no benefits, with the promise of being hired on with the company directly after working six months. But it is mandatory that you have to work six days a week sometimes seven, then work over during the week. This leaves no home life period especially if you work first shift. You also get crewed out if you have to leave for any reason even going to the bathroom. Then you have to walk over a mile, with stairs to a restroom. You then get seven minutes to get there and back oh don't forget waiting in the restroom line because there are only three stalls that are occupied by workers on their phones.
