Pros

It's established and has a great benefits. The pay is good, and there are some great perks also, like the pharmacy and family medical office. Also has a credit union for its workers

Cons

I haven't found a down besides maybe having to work most holidays, but you get holiday pay along with your regular pay so it works out to your advantage.

10 to 12 hour shifts . You might sweat, get wet, and stink at the end of day.

The money was not bad and the hours you spend during the week are typical and standard but weekend work became almost every weekend
