No worklife balance. No depth in mgr coverage or bench strength. Low pay of clerks result in high turover, and low staffing in all department. No cost of living increases. Technology is way behind in most daily tasks. Not only do you not get compensated for any holiday, but you are mandated to work additional days/hrs.
