Awful place to work for - Cashier Fiesta Mart Employee Review

Management was based on favoritism. The work conditions were awful. The a/c was out for months during the summer and it was extremely hot. Then during the winter the heater was out and it was freezing in the store. Pay was very low considering all the extra work expected out of everyone with not enough employees to handle all the work required to run the store.
