The cost for insurance is too much. I pay less than half for what I have now. There is no retirement matching and wasn’t any retirement until 2024. Pay has gotten better but it’s still terrible. If you have someone is doing a good job, then pay them. Don’t wait until they leave to give them more.. That shows you could have done it sooner but you didn’t care. You don’t get support from some of your HR and sometimes it’s HR and upper management that will try to prevent your advancement. When they do have good talent they don’t care if you stay or go. I didn’t feel I was appreciated and acknowledged for the time and work I put into the company.
