Pros
You work here for the money only, worst bank I have worked for quit for major pay cut just to leave.
Cons
Old software, no banker support managers don't give bankers respect, only care about keeping their role, they will throw you under the bus in a millisecond always have your guard up, they may be talking to HR trying to pin low sales on you behind your back whilst they leave the branch for hours on fruitless "business calls", and come back asking how sales went when you are up to your eyeballs in customer maintenance....yea, right!!!
