      Great family environment in most branches, most employees are motivated and happy to help the team succeed.

      Cons

      Horrible behind the scenes politics. Managers don't deliver promises, play games and bold face lie right in front of you. When I handed my two weeks notice and praised the company, I was accused of stealing because I was leaving to go to another bank.

      Pros

      Good work environment. Management can be good depending on your branch. Can make lots of close friends.

      Cons

      Very sales-focused. Does not matter if customer does not qualify for credit cards, loan, etc., you have to put the application in to meet quota. And the occasional rude customer.
