Pros

Really great place to learn. Lots of opportunities to move up as employee retention is extremely low.

Cons

In Northern Michigan the average branch manager last two years. During my three years spent as branch manager, there were not any branches in the Traverse City area to keep the same manager on average most had three different managers. If you can adapt to micro-managing and feeling as your supervisor does not trust you, this is the right company for you.

Pros

The training is very thorough and extensive. They take security seriously. You are supported when you’re a new hire. There are ways to be involved and feel included in the company. Information is readily available to help you.

Cons

It is a job that can lead to a lot of stress. It can be very fast paced. There are a lot of policies, procedures and information to remember. Should have proficient computer skills to be successful with this position..
