Pros
- Good 401k Match - Employee stock purchase program - Ok benefits - some WLB - many good engineers although it’s very dependent
Cons
- no raises/very low raises, you’ll make less every year you’re there - little or no training - no real foresight to make anything beyond iterative improvements in the organization - very concerning nepotism , as well as lack of diversity in management, must be ” in the club” to have a long term career or feel you have a chance to succeed - limited career growth for technical talent
