Pros
Learn a lot, diverse teams, decent pay, reasonable goals, mostly nice/chill managers, good hours, simple products, nice coworkers, retirement matching, quarterly bonus for meeting/exceeding goals, great opp to learn from different teams
Cons
Always being at an understaffed branch b/c your the support, being on the back burner for some things b/c you're not part of the actual branch team, schedule may change morning of but rare, a lot of mile on your car if you end up at a far away branch, tech sucks
