This company truly goes above and beyond making sure employees are happy. Incredible pay, amazing culture, couldnt ask for more. They make sure company incentives are aligned with the employee, which is rare in this indsutry.

The company is remote so missing the in-person connection but it's coming back apparently

The management really cared about making sure we were happy.

Cons

After Covid almost no one came back to the office and it killed a bit of the energy. It also slowed communication between teams.
