      Very cordial, respectful owner and officers. May VERY long-term employees (30+ years) Lovely, historic office building

      Very limited remote work opportunities in non-construction site departments.

      It would be nice if there was a better retirement or Esop. Also if AZ was given perks that CA has such as Gym access.
