Pros
- The people here are phenomenal. They seem to hire really well for the most part. - the SDR managers are all really great! They take the time out to let you know they care about you and your personal growth. If you have been in sales before, you know it’s very important to have great managers and (as of today) the four SDR managers in place right now will definitely take your performance to the next level! - definitely going to miss everyone who I’m leaving, especially the managers
Cons
With the company growing so fast there are so many things that I can list here. But go look at the reviews of any fast growing startup company and you’ll see the same things: sloppy data, a little unorganized, lacks XYZ. Lots of things that Filevine, along with any other fast growing startup, can improve on. And believe me, I can really expound on these things if I wanted to. But the managers all know what needs to be improved and they are actually working really hard to make things better one step at a time and they are doing a dang good job at it so far. *the new managers NOT the old managers, the old set of managers kinda sucked** It really does suck to see people leave because every person who leaves is another great friend with great potential. But most people leave due to broken promises the old set of managers promised them when hired. The new managers are more upfront with promotion timelines.
