Pros

Minimum micromanagement, fair starting salary and benefits

Cons

Constant reorganizations and head count reduction. Rampant nepotism and favoritism, which contributes to mediocre culture, and rookie business mistakes. Powers that be resistant to change.

Pros

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
