      This had a few great people working here

      Cons

      the upper management here is Toxic HR has spoken to them several times but nothing ever changed You are only a number here they will talk about about how they are a great company and how everyone wants to work there but first chance they get they will our source you so the investors make more money. Even after putting in hundreds of extra hours a year you are only a number.

      I don't have anything bad to say about this company. They have treated me absolutely amazing during my time there.

      Pros

      Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

      Cons

      The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
