Pros

Pay was OK, benefits were standard

Cons

This company squeezes the life out of anyone who works there. They recruit ex-cons, druggies and people who drink on their breaks. They tout that they pay well for the area but that is total BS. There is NO sick time. You get sick, you use vacation time. The equipment is old and breaking and the hours are horrific at times. Management wants more and talks about output but the little people get cupcakes and free pizza once in awhile and that is it. The HR lady quit, they let the quality guy go. We have one engineer running the show -maintenance, production, customer support and quality. It is one of the worst places to work. Better to sign on with Taco Bell.

Pros

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
