Cons

Upper management is very unstable, new faces constantly changing of the guard. Hard to trust anyone, no transparency in management. Culture and missions statements are just internal and external marketing tools only.

Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
