Years of unethical fiscal management at the Division President's level have finally caught up to the business. - Anonymous employee Filtration Group Employee Review
The culture at Purafil, and Filtration Group, is non-exist. they use the excuse of entrenpreneurialism as an excuse for poor fiscal management and dishonesty. Not a good place for an ethical finance professional to build a career.

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
