Cons
Highly political with hidden bureaucracy. Company does not maintain consistent strategy - restructures frequently with a large disconnect between the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and middle/lower management & ground level workers. ELT disfunction trickles down to toxic work environment. Elimination of key roles & knowledge workers which requires added work to be spread across fewer people.
