Pros
Free coffee and cookies all thru the day (yes, there are companies that don't offer it at all) Good employee engagement Flexible timings Great products , niche in the area they compete Gives great opportunity to work with most of the biggest business financial players in world
Cons
One of the worst companies wrt employee policies. Eg: 1) You have to pay for parking at your own office, even for 2 wheelers. It is deducted from your salary (have you ever heard that in Blr?) 2) Short term travel is policy is next to hell. You have to submit receipts/bills even if you spend 10cents, like pay-use public toilets. Otherwise they deduct from the salary. People who travel, spend all time in settling the bills for months than doing any productive work 3) Location: One of the possible worst locations in Bangalore, ORR after Marathahalli and before KR Puram. It used to be in EGL but moved to this new place as top mgmt lives around this place and messed up lives of 1000+ employees. While they show examples of Samsung, Amazon and Google contact center in the same campus, Finastra provides 1/100th of the facilities and benefits others provide. 4) Doesn't care for employees convenience at all - like - cab facility. They came up with min 5 policies and plans and abandoned all of them for lack of support from employees and why? because they are so unfriendly to wards employees. Anyone listening? 5) If you happen to work in weekends in office, you will have to work with you your own mosquito nets ON, brought from your home. You won't get even water properly inside the office.
